    • Once your request is approved, please carefully pack the unopened item in its original packaging and send it to the return address we will provide. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

    • Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will issue a refund within 5 business days, using the same payment method you used for your order. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
