Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate the process, please email contact@kr-skinko.com with your order number and the item(s) concerned.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
