All products are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. However, slight variations may occur. All items are imported directly from South Korea.

2. Prices
Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping fees. Skinkō reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Orders
Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. An order confirmation will be sent by email once the payment has been validated.

4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are those indicated on the website. All transactions are secure.

5. Shipping

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Returns and Refunds
For any return request, please contact us first by email. Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part.

Skinkō cannot be held liable for non-fulfillment of the contract in the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, strike, website outage).
